Real or Imagined?
Excerpt from The Knoll Frames!
Now this is a little creepy. For the last week someone has been googling the names of the characters in The Knoll Frames. The first name I saw when I checked my weblog at my site (to see who'd been searching it) didn't immediately strike a bell because he was a very minor character, but then, a day later I saw another name, then next day another, and today another.
Hey! This is a work of fiction pure and simple! These people do not really exist. They never have!
Well now, it might just be someone who was at the staged reading of the play when it was done at a local theatre a while back, or maybe it's someone who is currently reading the script? Still, it is a little unsettling and most definitely intriguing!
The book isn't due out for another few months!

Hey Peggy! Although this wasn't me (I swear!), I have to admit that I've done that before. Googled character names. Some authors do pick character names that have certain signficance, based on the actual person. It can be a learning experience when authors do this. I find it fun! But um, this time, it wasn't me!
That is a bit eerie! Yikes! Characters so real they believe they actually existed? Can't wait to read the book!
Hmmm. Well maybe someone is reading the script and trying to see what would pull up. Maybe that means they are interested. I don't know. That's a strange one.
Cherlyn,
That's good to know, i.e., that people do that. I guess I sound kinda paranoid, huh?

Yikes is a great word, Princess! Believe me, this is a book that's time has truly come. I feel like I've been pregnant with it for years! LOL

That's what I thought, but I just realized that one of the names is for a character that I did not have in the script or play, just in the book -- hummmmmmmm
